These are SO easy. I'll definitely make them again because it required such little effort.

Very Easy! I marinated my meat all day and it was sweet and tender. I used a honey dijon and a smokehouse bbq sauce. I also added fresh veggies to the skewers. I will definately make again!

It was very nice easy recipe my family loved it. just a little tip.. i rolled up the steaks like a jelly roll and cut them into 1/2 inch slices and then unrolled and marinated them. I also made the bbq scalloped potatos from this issue. They were wonderful. In fact my husband who refuses to eat MIRACLE WHIP ate this and he wants them again later this week.

What a great recipe for a holiday weekend! With a family of eight, it was easy to double the recipe. Plus it was easy to make, cook and serve. This will become a much used recipe.

THIS RECIPE WAS PRETTY GOOD, BUT THE BBQ SAUCE MADE IT VERY SWEET. I MARINATED MY MEAT FOR 24 HOURS IN THE REFRIGERATER. I LIKE MY MARINADE THAT I USUALLY MAKE WITH TERIKAYI, SOY AND GARLIC BETTER. ALL IN ALL GOOD RECIPE, BUT NOT FOR ME.
