Caramelized-Beef Skewers

this was certainly a delicious way to fix beef. My family truly enjoyed it and best of all it was quick and easy to prepare.

I thought it was very easy and would make it again. Maybe next time not use so much A-1. It was too strong for my taste, but my husband liked it. Hey, he likes ketchup on his steak...so why wouldn't he like it? lol

It was good. I'm just not a big fan of the A1. The rest of my family liked it though.

My husband likes all meat cooked well done and I think I over cooked these. I used the A1 Groundpepper steak sauce. Mine tasted more like jerky.

This was easy to prepare and good to. I had a small sirloin tip roast in the freezer and while it was still frozen a llittle, I cut it into thin slices, which was very easy. Then I marinated it in the sauce. My family raved about it, they loved it. I served with tossed salad, potatoes in foil on the grill, and pineapples kabobs and toast on the grill.

Excellent, fun, easy and tasty!

This was a great Friday night meal... not to much work and tasted fabulous. It was also fancy enough to serve to guests, and would make a nice, low-maintenance meal for Summer dinner parties.
