Caramelized-Beef Skewers

The meat got really tough really quickly. Added brown sugar to the basting mixture for more flavor.

A great recipe! I have made this a few times already, however, I am unable to grill, so I use an "indoor grill", still great! Very easy! I cannot wait to try it on the "real" grill some day!

Used this recipe on Venison. Tasty and easy to make. 6 minutes is good for rare to medium rare on the grill at medium heat.

Loved it. Also made it with pork strips. Just as good. This mustard & steak sauce base is a great flavor. Also thin slices threaded like ribbons on skewers works better than any cut cube meats and cooks quickly and handles easily. Serves better than any stick food as a main dish or appetizer. I use this for both. I plan to try this with chicken reducing the A1, becasue I love mustard sauces on meats, and vegetables or dressings on salads too.
