Caramelized-Beef Skewers

Caramelized-Beef Skewers recipe
The beauty of this kabob recipe is the thin strips of meat that soak up the sauce's tangy flavor.

Loved it. Also made it with pork strips. Just as good. This mustard & steak sauce base is a great flavor. Also thin slices threaded like ribbons on skewers works better than any cut cube meats and cooks quickly and handles easily. Serves better than any stick food as a main dish or appetizer. I use this for both. I plan to try this with chicken reducing the A1, becasue I love mustard sauces on meats, and vegetables or dressings on salads too.

So easy, so delicious. I didn't realize until AFTER the trip to the grocery store that I didn't have skewers, so I just grilled the strips without. They turned out perfect. My family is already asking for this recipe to be made again!

This is the best. We really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce. In fact I have used it as a BBQ sauce on pork steaks and even chicken. I keep a bottle of the sauce in frig.

These skewers turned out really good and my husband really liked them. I couldn't believe how tender the meat was. I would definitely make this again.

My son and I enjoyed this dish, but my husband was less than favorable. In fairness, he just isn't that crazy about barbecue sauce of any kind. This is quick and easy and great with a baked potato and tossed salad.
