I have made this dip at least 5 times. I couldn't find Italian Cheese Crumbles at the grocery store where I live, so the first couple times I made the dip, I just crumbled up various italian cheeses. The last time I made the dip I did use the Italian Cheese Crumbles, and that was definately the best version.

Absolutely AMAZING! Brought to office for everyone to try. Raved about it! Take out of fridge and let stand for 5 - 10 min, stir and then dip will be creamy for spreading on cracker. Yummy!

Amazing dip!! I made this with colby-jack crumbles because I wanted to use them for another recipe. Instead of buying a jar of roastead bell peppers, I bought a fresh one and grilled it prior with another meal. I have been looking for a cold spinach dip for a while and this one is perfect! Can't wait to make it again!!

This is a great recipe. I couldn't find the crumbles so I used the Kraft shredded Italian cheese and it was great. This recipe is a keeper.

This was very simple ,we served it in a bread bowl with the bread & chips for dipping... needles to save the dip was gone in no time. Great Dip!

It was very easy to make and very good. I had to use Italian shredded cheese instead, and thought that it needed a little more seasoning ( I added some pepper).

This recipe is super easy and goes quick! The trick to making sure the dip isn't too runny is making sure there isn't any water left in the spinach before you add it in. I drain mine by placing it in a clean tea towel and squeezing! Fantastic!!!

Very eay to make..all my guests loved it!! I actually warmed this up in the oven prior to serving..it was awesome!! Maybe the negative commenter should read the suggestion on the recipe of adding milk to thin out dip, not adding more thickness with more cream cheese.
