Made this for Father's Day and my 15 year old son requests it every week. Even had one of his friends ask for the recipe! It is easy to make and sets up quickly, however, it does not serve 12. More like 6.

I started with this but did make some changes for less sugar and fat. I used 1/3 C of bittersweet chocolate chips, splenda, low fat cream cheese and sugar free cool whip. I also added for a little more flavor sugar free Caramel topping between the cookie layer and the chocolate mixture. What a winner I will post a pic.

The Cookies and Cream Freeze was easy to make, cost effective and delicious! I read some other reviews and the mini Oreo's would be a fantastic replacement for the large ones on the bottom of the dessert. Easier to cut around than through. The lady that I took the dessert to cut it into squares, so it fed eight instead of 12. I will definitely make this again.

Delicious and very well received. We had a group of six and it served us all perfectly. There was one small piece left. I would recommend slicing it thin because it is very rich :)

Followed the recipe and it was a hit for a birthday party. One alternative is to crush the cookies on top as well.

This was a great dessert for my family. It has a fluffy consistency, but the cream cheese solidifies it a bit--really yummy! My dad even liked it, and he is NOT a dessert person. My husband said this is a keeper and should be a monthly staple.
