This was a great dessert for my family. It has a fluffy consistency, but the cream cheese solidifies it a bit--really yummy! My dad even liked it, and he is NOT a dessert person. My husband said this is a keeper and should be a monthly staple.

Also a great idea would be to make truffles out of the chocolate creamcheese mixture. After you mix the chocolate portion ...firm in the freezer scoop with melonball scooper and coat with melted chocolate and then back into the fridge. The best truffles you will ever eat!!!!!!!!!!

We changed it from semi-sweet chocolate to unsweetened and added a little extra sugar...made it taste more adult? Like there was a layer of chocolate ganache!

Everyone in the house loved this! I would definitely make it again. It was so simple the kids helped make it and really enjoyed that.
