I improvised as usual, adding brocolli and green pepper, while cooking it in a skillet since I didn't have a grill. It turned out great! I turned the chicken 3 times total, but be careful not to burn in a skillet, I just caught it when it started to get black on the bottom. Cajun style I say;) Will make again, with Corn on the cob this time!
