Super easy. The kids and hubby gobbled it up. We used a whole wheat blend pasta. Very tasty, the sauce was just great.

Fantastic recipe. Added a few good shakes of garlic powder to cut the sweetness of the tomato and think I might add mushrooms next time. There will defintely be a next time.

Usually when I make healthy and/or low calorie recipes, my husband and I both find the dishes dull and flavorless. This dish was really a nice suprise. It's been added officially to my repertoire of recipes and we will definitely be making this again. The zuccini definitely works well in this recipe. It was my favorite part.

I added the whole jar of sauce and it was fine. Tonight I'm making it again, and also adding mushrooms! My husband says it's one of the best dishes I've made!

Love this recipe. I've already made it several times and it's become a regular on our menu. I add some mushrooms to the mix as well just to get more vegetables in our meal.

I made this recipe but change it a bit I used philadelphia cream cheese and sliced up a green bell pepper instead of the zucchini.It was very good.

Great dish for everyone! Even my 3 picky boys will eat the zucchini in this dish! I double the recipe to feed the 5 of us. Have made this many times!

I got my non-veggie eating husband to eat zucchini and he loved it! It was quick and easy too. This is a wonderful dish, and I'll definitely be making this again.
