So good!! My 2 year old ate seconds and asked for thirds! My husband said it was good, but a little rich. It tasted great to me!

The Zucchini in pasta I snubbed at, but it is amazing. I love pasta and I will cook any pasta with cream cheese, it is the best combo.

I used rotini pasta, regular cream cheese (they were out of neufchatel at the store), and added onions and tomato. I only wished I cooked the zucchini longer. It was a great, easy recipe.

My husband had laid the chicken out for dinner. A friend from work gave me fresh zucchini from her garden. I came to the website and entered my ingredients and this recipe popped up. I had everything bu the neufetal cheese and it was amazing! What a fresh summery twist on spaghetti. It was easy, quick and very filling. I added fresh garlic and onions (like I normally do with our spaghetti) and just loved it. I will definitely make this again!!
