Great recipe, kids loved how cheesy it was. I thought it might be oily with all the cheese, but it wasn't. And the egg and milk added a great touch.

The varieties of cheese gave this recipe a different taste from my traditional mac & cheese.

I did add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika my guests enjoyed it very much and asked for the recipe I will make ths often

I am going to make this receipe tonight but I am going to add pepperjack cheese instead of the sharp cheddar. I know the flavor will be wonderful. After I make it, I will review again but your receipw is a great start. I love to cook and just reading it, I know it will be good.
