Easy to make, not time consuming and tastes great. I used a basting brush to apply coffe to second layer of vanilla wafers. Tastes even better on the second day. Friends will ask for the recipe.

This is a great recipe.I have made it a couple of times ,first time i made it I used all lower calorie ingredients and it was very tasty. The next time I made it, I made it for kids and since they aren't really fond of coffee,I made a glass of strong chocolate milk and used it.The kids really enjoyed it.This one is a keeper

It was really easy to make and it did look very elegant. My family didn't think it had much flavor. If I make again I'll tweak the receipe.

Beautiful dessert, really easy to make. Made it for Thanskgiving and everyone loved it. It tasted even better the next day!

Absolutely wonderful dessert! No one ate pie on Thanksgiving! I ended up making ANOTHER one two days later so we could have more.

I just made this and it was an absolute hit! It took me about 20 mins to prepare. The kids LOVED it and didn't have enough for the adults to take home. It had looked like I spent forever on it. I would make again!

SO easy and SO good! You're not supposed to mix the coffee with the pudding mixture--the cookies are supposed to absorb the coffee...and my pudding mixture was the right consistency--not soupy. Don't know where the previous reviewer went wrong. But give this one a try! My friend and I loved it!!!

I made this last nite and was a very disappointed when we went to eat it...I think next time I will only use 2 cups of milk as it only calls for 2 boxes of pudding...it was pretty soupy after the second layer of nilla wafers and then coffee being poured over that. I substitued all ingredients for low fat/no sugar as well so that could have been the problem too; but I reduced the fat to 3 g per serving rather than the 12 from the original receipe. Overall, I'll make again with some modifications.
