I made this for a dinner party and everyone was impressed. There was enough balance between the cheese & chocolate. I garnished with fresh raspberries & shaved chocolate and it definitely gave it a very inviting look!

My family and friends enjoyed this recipe and it was fairly easy. I just had a problem crushing the oreos. Next time will use the food processor. Will definitely make it again.

This cheesecake is delicious and very earsy to make. Make sure not to overbeat and it will not crack. Ours came out perfectly and my family loved it. I will be making this indulgent dessert again for sure

This cheesecake is awesome! If you do not over mix the batter when adding the eggs, it will not crack. Also when adding the chocolate, make sure it is melted and that they chocolate is fully cooled down. That will prevent it from not mixing and hardening like everyone was talking about. Mine turned out perfect. My whole family loved it. Will make this again.
