It's tiramisu. And it's pie. This delectable, fluffy dessert sports layers of creamy pudding and delicate Nilla Wafers, all drizzled with coffee. Delicious times two.

What You Need

NILLA Wafers, divided

1/4

cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled, divided

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1-1/2

cups cold milk

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Season’s Delight French Vanilla Whipped Topping, thawed

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated

Make It

ARRANGE 36 wafers on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. coffee.

BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 min. Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.

LAYER half each of the pudding mixture and grated chocolate in crust; cover with remaining wafers. Drizzle with remaining coffee. Repeat layers of pudding and chocolate. Top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 3 hours.

It was a good pie, but you couldn't taste the coffee at all. It basically just tasted like a simple vanilla pudding pie. Next time, I would probably use coffee-flavored pudding or mix coffee in with the pudding mixture.

Fabulous recipe. My son is a big fan of tiramisu, but not of coffee...and LOVED this recipe. He came the next day to finish it. I got to try it and it was great

This was VERY VERY good! I couldn't find the french vanilla Cool Whip so I used the regular kind and added half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, plus I used vanilla flavored coffee. I turned out great! Like having a mocha for dessert, I will make this again and again!

This was easy to make. Not to rich. I didn't have bar chocolate so I substuted Mini Chocolate chips. It also tasted even better the next day. If you have some left!
