Turtle Pumpkin Pie

I absolutely love this pie! I normally don't like pumpkin pie, but this was the best I have ever had~ the whole family thought it was great and it was very easy to make!

This was the easiest pie I've ever made and everyone loved it!

This recipe was so easy and tastes really good, I would suggest this to anyone who loves pumpkin. What a great alternative to good old fashion pumpkin pie!

I made this for my husband to take to work to share with his co-workers, they all loved it. I tasted a teeny bit before he took it, I could have eaten the entire thing myself. I will be making this for Thanksgiving!

I made this pie with my 5 year old son and it was alot of fun. I realized at the last minute I didn't have any nutmeg so I added a small dash of pure almond extract to give the flavor more depth and it was totally yummy. One caution though, make sure you get pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie mix or the pumpkin flavor can be overwhelming. If all you have is pie mix, omit the cinnamon and nutmeg since it's already in the pie mix.

I made this for a group and they all enjoyed it. I found it a bit to pumpkiny and would lessen the puree to 2/3 or 3/4 cup vs. 1c. was delicious and will be making for Thanksgiving.

Simply delicious. Our whole family just loved this. Wonderful texture, and so creamy. Caramel was a tasty treat.
