FAB-U-LOUS! This pie was great and was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. I am not sure about the problems some had with it not setting. I didn't have this problem at all. I will definitely be making this one again!

I loved this dessert. It was super easy to make and wasn't heavy like most pumpkin pies. It was a hit at Thanksgiving and definitely a holiday recipe I will make again.

I made the mistake of adding a can of pumpkin instead of 1 cup. It still came out OK although I couldn't really taste the caramel. I might try it again some time.

I made this fro thanksgiving, Everyone thought it was RICH! I replaced the pumpkin spice with 1/2 teasspoon of vanilla extract. I didn't have the spice; and it was still wonderful! The caramel gave it a coffee taste and thereby became the dessert compliment to tea and coffee! ****

Awesome recipe. Super simple. Yummy A++++ I am on the South Beach Diet so I substituted sugar free caramel and sugar free vanilla pudding for the original recipe. This still turned out really good. For you who did have a disaster with this recipe my question to you is did you use too much milk? Normally for two boxes of pudding you would use 4 CUPS of milk this recipe calls for 1 CUP of milk and 1 CUP of pumpkin. You may want to try this recipe again and follow it EXACTLY. If I had a complaint it would be that it set too fast. Have those ingredients ready to put in. Will use this recipe again for Christmas and it is a keeper.

This TASTED delicious but I had the same problem as some other people here in that it never set. The pie was totally liquid even after sitting in the fridge all night. I followed the recipe exactly so I have no idea what went wrong...its too bad it looked like such a mess though because it was so yummy!

I am not a pumpkin lover. I looked at the recipe and the 1-cup of it looked inviting. Just enough to taste not enough to Overwhelm. I made this for a church event and Everybody Loved it. It was very easy to make. When I asked my husband how it looked he said Store Bought. Which was a big complement.
