Turtle Pumpkin Pie

We're taking everyone's favorite smooth, creamy holiday pie to a whole new level with drizzled caramel, chopped pecans and airy COOL WHIP. Cue the applause.

What You Need

1/4

cup plus 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1/2

cup plus 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecans, divided

pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold milk

cup canned pumpkin

tsp. ground cinnamon

1/2

tsp. ground nutmeg

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

POUR 1/4 cup caramel topping onto bottom of pie crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.

BEAT next 5 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP, caramel topping and nuts just before serving.

I love this pie. It is so easy to make but tastes like you spent hours preparing it. I have made this for several functions and everyone loves it! Last year I gave one to a friend as kind of a Thanksgiving gift and she said her entire family was impressed and that her 96 year old aunt especially loved it because she could chew it lol! I will be making several of these this Fall.

Possibly THE most delicious pie EVER. It's so easy to make and it tastes AMAZING. Since my mom's allergic to nuts, I omitted the pecans. I also used fat-free and reduced fat products to lower the calorie & fat count.. you don't even notice! So good.. can't wait to make again soon!

OMG! People thought it was store bought - it is SOOOO good! Not your typical pumpkin pie, very light but rich. Not just for Thanksgiving!

I read some of the comments and think maybe those who found that this was runny used pudding mix that you have to cook. I made this and it was delish!
