I was looking for something different than regular pumpkin pie when I found this recipe. It was very easy to make. The best part is it didn't take up any oven space. My family has requested this for every Thanksgiving to come.

I was looking for an alternative to the basic pumkin pie when I received the issue containing this recipe. While there was some resistance to change, my family LOVED this at first bite. Now they want me to make it all the time!

Yummy! Just thinking about this pie makes my mouth water! I am not normally a fan of pumpkin pie, however this is subherb!

I normally don't prefer caramel and nuts but decided to make for Christmas. It was terrific! And so easy to make. I especially liked the "no-bake" feature.

First of all I don't like pumpkin.I made this recipe for a family gathering at Thanksgiving. It was a big hit and absolutely delicious and I even ate a piece.

I made this pie for Christmas Eve. It turned out perfectley. Very rich, but what a great twist on a classic favorite. Even my mother-in-law was impressed!

Was like pudding, actually runny and the next day, after being refrigerated all night, it was very runny. Did not set up for us, what did we do wrong? Tasted great, but was not very attractive.

This was wonderful. I served at a dinner party of 10...it was not too rich, and was elegant.

This was great! Very easy to make and tasted wonderful! Very rich so you only need a small piece. A nice variation on an old holiday favorite.

I've made this twice now with perfect results each time and everyone loves it! I made it into individual cups and the rest for a pie. Both were awesome. The one thing I do different is add a tsp of cardamom and a extra half tub of cool whip.
