Turtle Pumpkin Pie

This holiday pie is sooo good that my son who's birthday is only two weeks after Thanksgiving asks for it instead of a traditional b-day cake.

I usually don't like pumpkin pie, but this is an exception! Love it. Only thing is it does not set very well, so instead of putting it in the fridge, i put it in the freezer. When I cut it it's still frozen and by the time everybody gets to eating it, it's softened enough to eat, but not so much that it's mush...

Could not get it to set at all.

Easy, Easy to make. Even the children loved this pie. Everyone wanted the recipe so I emailed it to them.

Easy-cheezy pie to make and it is delicious! I used the seasonal pumpkin spice jello instead of regular vanilla and included chopped pecans in my mixture. YUMM! It was a huge hit!

Wow!!! I can't believe I made a pumpkin pie without baking it! And what's better is it taste a lot better than the one baked! Better pie in a shorter amount of time! Impressed!

The GREATEST pie ever! MY kids, family and friends loved it and couldn't believe that I made and did it in so little time with nothing fancy to make it with. It tastes like a gourmet pie! Alot of the people that I made try it don't like traditional pumpkin pie but they wound up loving this one, AMAZING! I don't mind making it,because it's so easy and can't wait to start making it again. I have already had some requests this fall for it. LOVE IT!
