This pie was very good. You can buy two crusts b/c there is enough here for two fillings.

DELICIOUS! As some others suggested, I modified the recipe and skipped the caramel on the crust. To reduce calories and fat I used Sugar Free/Fat Free Jello Pudding Mix, Fat Free Cool Whip and 2% milk (I would have used skim but I didn't have any at home). This was simple to make and everyone really loved it! I will definitely make it again! :)

My daughter raved it was the pest pie she had ever eaten.

This will make the perfect dessert after a filling dinner(like Thanksgiving). Made this for my family and they LOVED it. Told me to be sure to put this in my "make again" file. I made it with skim milk, sugar free/fat free pudding and fat free whipped topping so those watching their weight could indulge also.

I served this recipe at a dinner party I had with guests from several different states. Everyone of them raved about the dessert and most of them ate second pieces of the pie. It was very easy to make and had great fall taste plus made a beautiful dessert.

MY 12 YEAR OLD GRANDSON MADE THIS PIE, AND IT WAS GREAT ! HE WAS SO PROUD OF HIM SELF. HE IS GOING TO MAKE IT AGAIN FOR THE HOLIDAYS. BUT, IT WAS REALLY RICH, SO, MAYBE A LITTLE LESS CARAMEL ON THE NEXT ONE.
