So easy and quick! Tasted awesome! Even my 5-year-old loved it. My husband said, "I don't even want to put tarter sauce on it" which is pretty amazing as he usually has to smother his fish with tarter sauce.

Try to steam this seafood in a microwave, on high, in a large store bought plastic steamer bag, the veggies to, pre season it beforehand, takes from 4 to 6 minutes, on high, and it's much better this way. That's what I did.

I really don't like fish, because of the texture and the fishy taste, but this recipe was excellent! I usually cook my fish extra long and most of the time it gets dried out, but the sauce in this recipe kept the fish very moist!! I did add an 1/8 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper to the sauce for a little more flavor and it was delicious! I will definately make this recipe again soon!

I used Real Lemon. Next time, I think I will get a "real" lemon so the taste will be just a little stronger. First time I had made salmon, will do it again. Very simple. Very good.

i didn't exactly make this according to the recipe. i made a lemon garlic butter sauce to baste it in and then to use to dip it in after it cooked. i also sprinkled a little lemon pepper seasoning on the top. the kids LOVED it. i've never seen them eat all their fish like that before.

There was something missing from the recipe. But overall, it was good.

I'm not that much of a salmon fan but this dish was delicious. I loved it. And it was so easy. I will definitely cook it again.
