I made this recipe last week using tilapia instead of salmon. When mixing the mayo with lemon, I also added the cheese at that time. Also when cooking the tilapia I put a little lemon juice and a little bit of butter on each filet under the broiler and then added the mayo mixture and put it back in for 3 minutes, It came out very good and my husband would like it again this week. I served brown rice and zucchini with it. Excellent choice for diabetics.
