Do not sub orange jello! (Just make it with sweet and sour sauce). Family loved it!

I loved this recipe! It was so fast! I substituted sugar snap peas, sugar-free lemon jell-o and fat-free zesty italian dressing and it was excellent. My boyfriend loved it and I will definitely make again.

I used orange gelatin instead of the lemon and used snow peas and sugar peas along with shredded carrots, water chestnuts and bamboo. We also cut the garlic amount in half. My family ate it all. I also had some for lunch the next day and it was just as tasty.

I thought this was very good. Very easy to make and feeds 3-4 people easily

Very good! Its easy and fast. Taste alot like takeout. I also tried it with orange gelatin, but did not turn out as good as the lemon.

Really nasty stuff. I thought using the gelatin was a great idea, but it was sickeningly sweet, not like Chinese takeout at all. I was very disappointed with this recipe.

My husband & I both thought this very good. Our only problem is that, with the rice & the jello, the carb & sugar counts are very high. My husband is diabetic so I didn't give him as much as he'd normall eat even though I made his with brown rice. Jello makes so many flavors in sugar free, why not lemon as well??

Tastes good with a few red pepper flakes, if you want a little kick to it.

I used the Lemon jello but after tasting it, it wasn't as lemony as take-out so I added the zest of one lemon and then it was perfect. I also added onions as others did. This was super easy and a nice change. Will make again for sure
