My husband was skeptical because of the jello in the ingredient list, but he was totally won over. Even our preschooler loves this stir-fry!

I was sort of worried about this. I wasn't sure about the Jello. It took me by surprise. It was very good and I enjoyed the vegetables.

Amazing! I was skeptical of the jello, but it worked! I used sugar free jello, with broccoli and red pepper strips and water chestnusts and served over brown rice. It was a hit! Will try again with orange jello and add a little ginger. And maybe pineapple tidbits and almonds? Mmmmmm!

I really liked this chicken. I used roasted red pepper italian dressing to give it a little more flavor. Next time I might add a splash of real lemon juice to give it some bite. A pleasant surprise for dinner.

Quick and Easy, made with sugar free jello, worked just as well without the sugar.

I love this recipe! I first had it when my mother in law tried something new! I was skeptic of lemon jello in it though.... I don't usually care for lemon or orange flavors with meats or fish.... I'm so glad she tired it and I was brave enough to taste it! We can't get enough of it! I add a few extras though! We love vegetables so I add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, onion, mushrooms and baby carrots...some times we add some Chinese baby corn and bok choy. I definitely add the ginger with the garlic...this meal is so good that if I don't double the recipes we don't have any leftovers!

This was so easy and delicious! My boyfriend hates vegetables so I omitted them completely and served over rice. Still very tasty! :) I'm making it again tonight!
