This has good flavor. The next time I make it I'll use more vegetables- onions, water chestnuts, carrots, etc. I'll also add a bit of soy sauce.

Everybody likes it from the sweet tooth, to the grown ups. Very easy to double the sauce! I add a little Reallemon juice.

My husband & son both love it & it's simple to make. I use red & green pepper strips along with some diced onion.

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty this dish was. A tad sweet but not objectionably so. I provided hot pepper flakes for those who wished it a spicier and that did the trick.

Yum yum yum! Very good, simple to make. You can use any combo of veggies you have on hand. I used carrots, bell peppers and onions last time. I've made this several times and my family loves it.
