I followed the directions word for word. It came out ok. All I could taste was lemon jello. So I added some soy sauce and honestly that did the trick. It tastes just like we ordered this at our local Chinese restaurant! Will definitely make this again!

I made this today and both my husband and I liked it very much. It was very easy. I used the sugar free gelatin and also added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the broth mixture. I'm always looking for new things to do with chicken breasts and this recipe will now be added to my list of meals to make.

This was GREAT! Even my husband, who hates it when I try new receipes, loved this one. I have already passed it along to some of my friends.

This was really good and super easy. I like spicy food so next time I make it I might add siracha....but very good

As with other reviews, we were a little skeptical because of the Jell-O but wow…even my picky eater said “this is flipping good!” LOL! I may make this next time with a bag of frozen Asian vegetables (peapod, corn, red pepper & water chestnut) just to give it more body. I will probably add a touch of lemon juice too to enhance the lemon flavor.

My only thing is... it doesn't make a glaze after 3 minutes... it takes way too long. I don't mind but I don't know how this recipe made it so fast. I let it simmer while the rice cooks and the sauce reduces. Always delicious.

Taste was okay, but I don't think I'd make it again.

I thought this was kind of bland. The sauce was to liquidy and not thick enough.
