My whole family loved this easy recipe. I used sugar snap peas instead of the snow peas.

Did not care for the lemon sauce at all.

I altered this a bit by using shrimp instead of the chicken, and a bag of frozen stir fry veggies instead of the snow peas and red pepper. It was delicious. My husband, two young daughters, and I ate it all up...quickly!

Used a pack of frozen stir fry veggies, worked well. I thought it was a little sweet but enjoyed the dish very much. It's a great, inexpensive meal. Don't be afraid of the jello! It's good.

I didn't think this was very good, but it was edible. My husband seemed to like it enough, but it wasn't very lemony and I thought the sauce didn't pair well with the veggies. I may try it again and eliminate the Zesty Italian dressing because I think that may have contributed to the offness of the flavor.

Do not sub orange jello! (Just make it with sweet and sour sauce). Family loved it!
