I tried this recipe since it seemed so weird to be adding jello to chicken but it turned out quite nice. It is a keeper. My children like it and so did my husband!

I made this tonight for my family and everyone loved it. The kids will always complain about vegetable of some sort, but we got each one to eat some of each. I was a little scared of the lemon jello, but we all loved the lemon flavor! I doubled the chicken and veggies and also the sauce ingrediants since we have a large family, and it turned out great! I served with brown rice for a healthy dinner. I will definitely make again.

This was super quick and easy and perfect for a work night. I cooked the chicken with garlic powder and ground ginger. I did not have Italian dressing, so made the sauce using jello, corn starch, double broth, and about 1tbsp soy sauce. My fiance didn't believe the lemon flavor came from jello! Will make again.

I used sugar-fee jello instead of regular. I was very good. Easy to make.
