This was sooo good! My family really enjoyed it. I modified it a bit and added a dab of sour cream to the top before I put on the cilantro. I will DEFINITELY make this again. Preperation was easy too. Yum!
Great! Easy! Kids loved it (even ate the peppers!)
Very good taste.....not too spicy, chicken was very tender. Will make this again.
This was just great! We have decided to be on an eat healthier kick and this is a great addition to my recipes! I added a can of black beans to a doubled recipe, but otherwise it is a great dinner ready to serve!
I tried this 2 weeks ago. To me it was a little bland.
This was amazing!!!! My 7 year old son loved this. Very simple to make & healthy. I did use the whole taco seasoning packet for extra spice.I served this over brown rice with sliced green onions. I will definitely be making this again. This is a keeper!!!
Very very good and pretty healthy too. My husband added some red hot to his and I agreed that it could use a little kick. Maybe I'll add something for this next time. Also really easy to make.
Have tried this recipe many different ways. The most popular for my family is layering everything over yellow rice with saffron. I also added a minced jalapeno pepper to give it a kick and it came out perfect. Guess this version is a keeper.
When i make new recipes i always ask my hubby and 3 year old if it was good and if its a keeper. The hubbs said yes, my 3 year old was so excited and screamed so loud that it was yummy. This from a child that thinks the only thing good to eat is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or fruit scacks. This will be a staple at our house:)
Although a little runny for tortillas, we ate it wrapped up in them and it tasted fantastic. I will definitely make this again. Super easy and tasty.
