We absolutely loved this! I came home and supper was practically finished and it smelled so good. I used black beans instead of corn and it was good too. I will definitely make this again and again.

Pretty good! It did not take quite as long to cook as recipe suggests and I think I'll use chicken thighs instead next time - but super easy & really good on these chilly nights!

This was a very easy recipe to make. However, the final result is a very strange mix of flavors. Not bad, just not something that we will want again.

It doesn't get much easier or tastier than this. Instead of rice, we served ours with tortilla chips.

This is easy to make. Tastes great and smells WONDERFUL. You will not be able to wait to eat it once you smell it cooking.

I really liked this recipe. Next time I'll add black beans and maybe some cumin. I served it with green onions and cilantro as garnish to give it a "fresh" taste and used medium salsa. I liked it with the rice.
