Made this in the crockpot. Used a small can of corn instead of frozen; drained and added it about 1 hr before serving. Added can of rinsed black beans and chopped up onion. My husband really liked it and will make it again. Simple. Was even tastier as leftovers the next night!

The whole family loved this one. I used a different brand of salsa - medium. It was a little spicy, but we loved it. I added about 1/2 cup of water. Perfect consistency. I'll definitely make this one again.

Made this tonight and my family really liked it. I did use frozen chicken and added a can of black beans. I would like it spicy so next time I'll add some chilies. This recipe is a keeper.

This was just OK. I added 1/2 cup chicken broth because others said it was dry. Mine was soupy. This was a bit bland. For reheating, I drained the broth and added more salsa and some cumin. Better, but still just OK. Definitely needs something, but not sure what.

My picky family loves this recipe! It is simple to throw together and I love having dinner waiting when I get home from work. I made this for a extended family dinner and they all loved it too. My husband adds his own hot sauce to spice it up even more. This one is a keeper!

It's a keeper. Only thing I will change is less corn and add black beans next time.

This was excellent! My boyfriend loved it and said he's never had anything like it before. I used the whole pack of taco seasoning and added a splash of water after an hour (cooked on high for 4 hours and then left it for an additional 1-2 hours on warm until we were ready to eat). I also added a bit more chicken and didn't add the peppers until 1.5 hours into cooking since I prefer them with a bit of texture. This was a great dish; will make again!
