This was excellent! My boyfriend loved it and said he's never had anything like it before. I used the whole pack of taco seasoning and added a splash of water after an hour (cooked on high for 4 hours and then left it for an additional 1-2 hours on warm until we were ready to eat). I also added a bit more chicken and didn't add the peppers until 1.5 hours into cooking since I prefer them with a bit of texture. This was a great dish; will make again!

This lacks flavor, and was very dry. Not hard to make though

SO easy and so good. I especially like adding the rice and green onions. The next night we roll this up into tortillas and it tastes great. I love getting 2 nights out of one meal.

My family loved this dish. I have a picky eater and he loved it! I added black beans to the recipe for a little extra flavor. I will be making this again!

SO Yummy! This was so simple and tastes so good! I used skinless boneless chicken thighs and fajitas seasoning instead of taco seasoning. I also used black beans instead of corn. I will be making this again.

My husband and I loved this recipe! I knew I would be out of the house longer than it needed to cook, so I used frozen pepper strips instead of fresh peppers and added more salsa. The chicken was so tender that it fell apart as we picked up slices with our forks. This is a definite keeper for my house!
