Slow-Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken

Although a little runny for tortillas, we ate it wrapped up in them and it tasted fantastic. I will definitely make this again. Super easy and tasty.

Great recipe. My entire family loved this, including the kids! I have a family of six, so I added more chicken and used the entire package of taco seasoning. I served this over white rice and with a salad. Not only delicious, but healthy! Easy preperation and had a great flavor. Will definitely make again!

This is an excellent and easy dinner. I've made this numerous times! It is great exactly as it, but at times I've had to do substitutes. If you don't have salsa, a can of rotel or and rotel-type diced tomatoes will do. I also like to add a bit of cilantr to this towards the end. It is great served with a little extra cheese on top with a dollop of sour cream! All my kids eat this and love it too!

My husband doesn't care for rice, so I made it with pasta and it was fantastic!! As I'm away from home all day for work, it was wonderful to be able to throw in the crockpot and let simmer. My husband can definitely handle the stirring!! :)

I used Chicken taco seasoning, added a little extra salsa (since some people said it was dry)added corn, green onions and cilantro. It was great!!! Not dry at all!!! The kids and my husband wanted it like a taco, but we later found out that it was rather messy that way, next time we put it on top of rice instead!

Delicious!! Served over brown rice sprinkled with chopped cilantro and scallions and a dollop of sour cream...really, really good!!!

I would make this recipe again, but I may add some spice to it because I like extra kick. It didn't wow me over, but my husband liked it a lot. I think I'll give it another go.

I make this recipe all the time and it's always a hit! I add a couple of cans of black beans and diced tomatoes. The chicken is always super tender. I serve it either over brown rice or on whole wheat tortillas.
