This is my new favorite way to have chicken tacos! So good. I use a whole chicken, remove all the meat and add one can of black beans and some corn. It's even better as for lunch the next day!!!

This recipe was so easy to make and very delicious. My kids & husband enjoyed it so much and it tastes great as leftovers too. I can't wait to make it again.

Oh-so-good!!! I'm eating it right now (leftovers)and I'm so satisfied. I forgot the to get the peppers, but there were plenty in the extra chunky salsa I used. Also, I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper before cooking. Don't forget the sour cream! =)

Sometimes my chicken slow-cooker dishes turn out watery...this was perfect when cooked high for 3 hours. I add a couple of tablespoons peanut butter and 1 plus T unsweetened cocoa to make this a mole'. It is wonderful.

Delicious. I replaced a cup of the salsa with a can of rotel and added a half cup of water to the pot. This made the whole house smell good and tasted great served with a tortilla,
