I made this for a potluck dinner for my son's Boy Scout event. It was a big hit. They asked for recipe. I added 1/2 onion sliced. I also mix the flour and taco seasoning in a ziploc bag and toss chicken strips into the bag and coat the chicken before putting them in the slow cooker. I put veggies on the bottom, then chicken and salsa. I also used the frozen mexican corns that are already mixed with black beans. I'll definitely make it again.
I made this for a pot luck luncheon at my office. I was only able to get one bite because it was almost gone, and everyone was fighting over the last bite! It was delicious, and super easy to make!
My family and I loved the recipe. Easy to make. I added black beans to the recipe. I also made enough to freeze and it even tasted great after I took it out of the freezer. We also put it in a warm flour tortilla with cheese.

This is my new favorite way to have chicken tacos! So good. I use a whole chicken, remove all the meat and add one can of black beans and some corn. It's even better as for lunch the next day!!!
This recipe was so easy to make and very delicious. My kids & husband enjoyed it so much and it tastes great as leftovers too. I can't wait to make it again.
