This is so quick to put together. I add a can of rinsed black beans but follow the recipe otherwise. I've made it twice with good reviews from the family!

This was easy to make and was so delicious... especially the left-overs!

We LOVED this! I added pineapple chili salsa which added a nice 'sweet' flavor that complimented the peppers quite nicely. Super easy to make, and super delicious to eat! Even the 1.5 year old loved it!

My husband threw this in the crockpot in 20 minutes and it was delicious. I served it over instant brown rice. Definitely a keeper and I'm not one to repeat recipes very often.

Love this! I added a whole pkg of taco seasoning and some garlic powder. This will definitely be on the weekly menu from now on!

Made it tonight! super easy and affordable, plus the family loved it! This will become a regular dish for us! I couldn't get the Tacobell Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, but used another brand and the dish came out packed with flavor!

Still one of the easiest, but tastiest things I've made from this website. My husband loves it, especially when I use hot salsa and add hot peppers to it. My guests love the regular non-burning kind too.

loved it - I put a small can of green chilies and some jalapenos to add some flavor & it was pretty zippy. All of us loved it - even the kids. I also had some extra drumsticks, so I dredged them in the flour mixture and threw them on top of everything & that was a big hit. I made a double batch on Saturday - today is Wednesday and it is nearly gone. I will have to make this again for sure.

this is an easy dish and tasty. I don't like corn so I omit the corn and add a little extra liquid. Hubby liked it thats the plus.
