All of the spices and seasonings went very well with the meat and vegetables. I really loved it.

This was so yummy. I did add 2 cans of diced chilies, and 2 jalapenos and a tad bit of water ( it was extremely thick). I did double this recipe. We also ate this on cauliflower-ed rice for a low carb substitute.

I usually shred the chicken after cooking and serve with Fritos and cheese, or put it in tortillas with some black beans!

The first time I made this it turned out delicious!! I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breast because they are jucier, and I added ground cumin and diced jalapenos. This added a little kick and more flavor! Yummy!

My family LOVES this recipe. We've been making it for years! It is a frequent request when using the slow cooker.

I have made this many times. I also add a can of black beans and serve with a dollop of sour cream. If you don't have the salsa you can substitute a can of diced tomatoes with green chili's. Comes out awesome everytime.

My family loved it! Instead of rice, we used tortilla chips. I ate it in a flour tortilla shell as a wrap.

This is great! I used the whole package of seasoning and substituted black beans for the peppers (to please the family). Served in warm tortillas with spanish rice. YUMMY! shared leftovers with co-workers and received rave reviews. Also great for taco salad. I will DEFINITELY make this again!!

I made this exactly as directed and it was just ok. I know I cooked it too long since I was at work but I wish I would have added the peppers within the last hour of cooking because they were mushy. The family didn't care too much for this and I ended up throwing half of it away.
