super easy- great recipe. My entire family loves this meal and asks for seconds...with 3 kids who are all picky eaters in different ways- this is a winner. My husband can't stop eatting it until it is gone

This was so good and easy. I doubled the recipe and used 2 pkgs fajita seasoning. Instead of the frozen corn, I used 2 pkgs frozen "Authentic Mexican Seasoned Corn & Black Beans with Tomatoes, Peppers and Onions". I also added cumin. I topped it with 2% Mexican cheese and light sour cream. Delicious!!

Have made this several times, a huge hit with my family! Very easy, good for you, great leftovers. Added a can of black beans and used brown rice. Also great for potlucks at work!

Fabulous over white rice! I used medium salsa, added a can of diced tomatoes, and a jalapeno pepper. Husband and four kids loved it. Definitely a keeper!!

This is a great recipe! As a gluten free household this is an easy recipe to make gluten free. Just replace the flour with gluten free (rice) flour! Easy and a great taste too!

Made mostly as the recipe calls for. Only addition I made was a can of black beans. Very good and easy to make.

Just used my slow-cooker for the first time. It was a success! Diced tomatoes and sour cream on the side made for a great combo!
