What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-wide strips

Tbsp. (1/2 of 1-1/4-oz. pkg.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

Tbsp. flour

each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch-wide strips

cup frozen corn

1-1/2

cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

green onions, sliced

Make It

TOSS chicken with taco seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in vegetables and salsa; cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

STIR just before serving. Serve over rice topped with cheese and onions.

This was so good I want to have it again tomorrow, if not sooner! I made a double batch and used 2 pkgs of taco seasoning (only use Taco Bell brand - it really is the best). I didn't have quite enough salsa, so I threw in a can of Rotel. It turned out kind of soupy, but I served it over some taco rice, and it was amazing!

Seriously easy and very tasty. Served over brown rice mixed with rotel tomatoes. This will be added to our list of favorites. Flavorful and moist.

Great! Took the suggestions of the other reviewers and added (chicken) taco seasoning and a can of black beans. This one is on the quick, easy and cheap menu!

I used chicken thighs, that's what I had on hand. I added the beans and abit more taco seasoning as suggested. I topped it with the cheese, cilantro and green onion. This was easy and my family liked served over the saffron rice.

Delicious! I used Fajita seasoning mix because that was what I had on hand, and it was wonderful! I'll definitely add the black beans next time as some have suggested, but it was the perfect meal for a busy day.

This recipe was absolutely delicious! My husband and kids loved it. I added alittle more taco seasoning than called for and cooked it stovetop instead of in the slow cooker. Will definitely make it again. My family thought it was chicken chili. I added a cornbread as a side.

So yummy. I added a can of black beans and used this for filling in flour tortilla shells. Everyone loved it. I also added more taco seasoning.

Good. Make sure and add black beans and cilantro. Next time I will add more taco seasoning and tomatoes with chilies, too.

This was great! I added a can of black beans, and didn't add the peppers until the last hour. Served it with rice and tortillas. My family loved it!!
