Used salsa with black beans and served wrapped in tortillas. Great flavor!

I love slow cooker recipes and this one is very good. Next time I make it for the family, I will add black beans and chopped green chilies 'cause we like a little more kick. I served it over plain white rice and I think Mexican rice might give it even more flavor.

Very good. But I served it over mashed potatoes instead of rice.

I love this recipe. I've made it several times and it's always perfect. I usually add more corn and sometimes throw in some beans.

This was easy and delicious. I added black beans, 1/2 chopped white onion and topped with cheese, low fat sour cream and garnished with green onions and served with warm tortillas. Definitely a keeper.

This meal was wonderful! I'm glad I read the suggestion to add taco seasoning. I added an onion and orange bell pepper. Next time I'm going to try a little salsa verde.
