This was simple to make and my family enjoyed. Next time I will add extra taco seasoning.

My boyfriend LOVED this!!! I am a beginner at cooking, and on a fixed budget. The Tex-Mex chicken covered all of that and then some! :D

cooked this and it was simple! I added just a little more taco seasoning than the recipe called for. Overall yummy!

so easy and lots of flavor! Next time I will use the chicken as a taco instead of serving it with white rice:)

I have made this recipe a few times, and my husband and I love it! I have tried it with mixed veggies, black beans, potatoes and boneless chicken thighs. It's wonderful every time.

Mu husband is VERY picky about what he eats and he loved this. I substituted a can of Ro-tel for the salsa, but left everything else the same. Was delicious and kind of spicy too!

I added chilli powder for some kick, and cut the chicken into bigger pieces, and put out sour cream for some flavor. I've got a huge family at least ten at the table each night and it was a huge hit. Being a mom to a new born this recipe makes dinner so much easier instead of trying to cook in between naps.

I add 1/2 medium onion, sliced, and I cut the chicken into bigger pieces so they won't disintegrate. I make this often and my husband loves it topped with the cheese and a dollop of sour cream.I also serve it over Mexican seasoned rice. I put all in my crockpot the night before then just pop the crock out, put it in the base, turn it on and go!I find it hard to beleive that anyone could try it and not like it- it's economical-easy-delicious.
