This was fantastic with Texmati rice and black beans! I used chipolte salsa which gave it added zing. Will definitely make again.

My kids turned up their noses and refused to eat this after one bite. My husband and I ate it but it needed a lot more to it. Cook time was only 2 hours and the chicken was a bit dried out. if I was to make it again I think I would not have as much salsa and add some more vegetables to fill it up instead of all peppers.

Agree that the chicken gets done in less than 6 hrs., but still has excellent flavor. Love this recipe!

This was perfect and even my picky husband loved it. I added a can of rinced black beans to the recipe to add to the "mex". Everyone loved it and there was nothing left for the leftover idea. I will make a double batch next time to make the leftovers into tortillas.

my 3 year old loved it and my picky hubby that doesn't like things in the crock pot liked it also. It was very good and easy!

good and very simple to make. used a whole pack of mild taco seasoning and used brown rice instead of white.

This was soooo yummy! Mine did not take as long either, only a couple hours for the chicken to be done.

Instead of green bell pepper, I used medium hot green chilis. It was delicious!!
