I made this Sunday night. I didn't drain the tomatoes and actually used a larger can than what it called for. I took someone else's advice and served it over egg noodles. I also used the Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing and it was GREAT!!!!!!!! I loved it. At first my husband wasn't so sure but later he said he would like to have it again. I took it for lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Both days, I had people seeking me out to find out what I was eating. So, I had to make them a copy of the recipe.
