I used fresh tomatoes in this recipe and the flavor of them with all of the other flavors were outstanding! I skipped the onions, and instead sprinkled a little onion powder over the top. Really really good.

This recipe literally took about 2 minutes to put together. It was delicious. I served it over whole wheat pasta and spooned the juices, onions and tomatoes over the pasta and topped with additional parmesan. Even my 6 and 7 year old ate it (without the onions). Next time I won't drain the tomatoes to get more pan juice.

This was very flavorful. I added 1/2 cup mozzarella to the top after baking and served it over rice. Very good!

My husband loved it. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned and left out the onions- I'm not a fan of red onions. It's easy and quick and healthy and delicious.

Made this last night for dinner. My husband and I loved it! I added extra dressing and cheese. It came out delish!

It was last minute so I had to use rotel instead of the diced tomatoes - it was great, I may do it that way every time. I also threw about four cloves diced garlic in with the onions, which worked well. Potentially delicious, just needs to be spiced up a bit.

Husband and I loved this and it was VERY easy to make. My kids didn't like it a lot--even my tomato and chicken lover. She's 4 and I think getting a little more particular in her tastes--didn't like the dressing taste.
