Very quick and easy- I'd definitely recommend seasoning the chicken before putting them in the dish. I made a quick rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano.

This is really good. We bake up some rotini or penne pasta go to with this dish. Its fabulous!!!

Made this for the first time and family LOVED it. Didn't have any onions, but turned out just great. I used the chicken tenders instead of the breast; easier for daughter to eat and takes less time in oven. Will definitely make this again.

First time I tried this, it was a little bland. So I tweaked it a little-- seasoned the chicken beforehand w/salt and pepper, added some ground cumin and minced garlic instead of garlic powder, and used mexican-style shredded cheese instead of parmesan. And it was delicious!! I will definitely be using this recipe again.

absolutely delicious, easy, & quick. I added another yellow onion to the mix & sprinkled a bit of mozzarella cheese in the last 5 minutes.

I added some mozzarella cheese, and I was very pleased with how it turned out. The chicken was moist and tender, and the flavor was good. My husband enjoyed it as well even though he didn't think it would be good.
