Our whole family loved this recipe! I added a little salt and pepper for flavor and doubled the amount of noodles to soak up some of the juice and this dish was fabulous. Great for fall dinners.

This is great! I used turkey sausage and didn't use the beans and it was delicious.

My husband was pleasantly surprised when he came home and I had made this recipe on a busy Saturday evening. He had expected Rotisserie Chicken from the grocery store and loved this. My 9 year old daughter also had no complaints - getting kids to eat vegetables is next to impossible so 2 thumbs up on this one!

This was a wonderfully easy recipe. I too was a little concerned that there were no spices added, but it was great, and I've passed it on to friends.

This was so yummy! I was a little leary about not putting any galic or other seasonings but, it didn't need it. I can't wait to make it again.

The sausage cooking in the dressing smells kind of weird, but this is a wonderful soup. Makes good leftovers. I used what peppers I had on-hand. Next time I'll add some carrots. Good with a crusty type of a bread (I made cornbread with it, and that just didn't fit the bill).

I thought this was very good, my daughter loved it. I used the smoke sausage and used slices instead of bulk sausage, also, I used fresh red and green bell peppers, and could not find the other beans at the store, so I used navy beans. next time, i will add carrots i think to it.

This was a big hit, even with my wife who is a picky eater. I used fresh red, yellow, and green peppers instead of the frozen. I'm looking forward to trying this one again soon!
