I loved this recipe!! It was so tasteful. I wish though the broth wouldn't get soaked up. Other than that a family fave!

Sooo tasty and easy to make. You'll be surprised how much flavor is in it. One problem... if you let it sit after the noodles are tender, the noodles tend to soak up some of the soup (in the pot)... so, maybe add a little more broth. Also, I added some red pepper flakes and black pepper for spice.

I traded up the italian style tomatoes for fire roasted tomatoes and add a little basil in there, it was wonderful. The smokey flavor won my husband over.

I left off the mozzarella and used grated parmesan. Mozzarella is stringy which makes it hard to eat.

My big, picky family loved this!!! I used fresh bell peppers instead of frozen with some onion and garlic. I also added a can of red kidney beans to make it go further. I will be making this dish again. It was easy and and very tasty.

I made this recipe with hamburger and found the dish to be very bland. I would not recommend using it as a substitution for the sausage.

This recipe was quick and simple to make. I have a family of picky eaters and they all loved it. I didn't think the recipe would make enough for the 4 of us (adults) so I added a large can of broth with extra noodles. It was the perfect hit I've been looking for.
