Made this with 1 can of broth, and 16 oz of chicken boullion (what I had and I knew I was going to double the pasta). I used 2 c. elbows, and added a sprinkle or two of hot red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Absolutely great! I notice that the leftovers will have less liquid, but I don't think that will be issue. I'll add a little white cooking wine if necessary. ;-) When serving, add a sprinkle of cayenne...great stuff! It's in the rotation...

This recipe was very easy to make and full of flavor. It's also a good way to use up veggies sitting in your refrigerator - I added some zucchini to mine. I also used whole wheat pasta. I will definitely make this again.

My family, specially my sons, LOVE this stew. They told me three times in one meal how excellent they thought it was. It was so easy, yet very rewarding to make. It is spicy but not hot. Thank you! I would never have come up with this myself.

This was excellent! SUPER easy! I am not a stew person, but I loved this and so did my family. To make it more kid friendly, I ommitted onions & peppers and used butter beans rather than the cannellini beans. Even with the changes, it was thick and hearty and VERY tasty!

This is a great, hearty recipe that I would make again for sure. It's a wonderful comfort food for the fall/winter. Instead of using a frozen stir-fry vegi mix I used one for stews that consisted of potatoes, carrots, pearl onions, and celery. It went perfectly. (My family does not care for peppers). My husband said it was delicious!
