Delicious!! And so quick and easy to prepare. My husband especially liked that it had beans in it!! I didn't have elbow macaroni on hand, so I used mini-penne pasta instead. This is definitely a keeper!!

A great cold-weather meal when served with a tossed salad and crusty bread.

This was a big hit! I altered it a little to fit the ingredients I had in the house: Added a little more dressing then recipe calls for, say an extra table spoon and I made mine with mix of ground turkey and turkey italian sausage. Aso, used red beans instead of white.

I had pre-cooked turkey sausage in hand and also cooked elbow macaroni separately from the stew and mixed it with stew for each one. All of us loved it.

It is not really a stew, it is more of a soup. However it was really good.

We just didn't like the taste of this. I guess we were thinking it might be a little saucier than it was. It was ok, but I definitely won't make it again.

This dish made was a tremendous hit! I was very surprised by the reaction of my son-in-law, who not only raved while eating it but also happily took the little bit of left-overs for his lunch. Made it again for the whole family and they also gave it 4 chef hats!!

I made this on the first night that it turned chilly last week, and it was wonderfully satisfying. Since I used 'plain' bulk sausage, I seasoned it with dried oregano, basil, and garlic while it cooked. To make it even more of a meal, I added 2 chopped, cooked chicken breasts when I mixed in the macaroni.
