Quick and easy. Will add to my list of suppers I can prep the day before or make ahead and freeze. Simmered with beef consumme instead of water. Plenty for left-overs. Simple clean-up. Great for working families.

Very good, My husband loved it. Instead of water I used a can of beef broth, and it came out great!

My family loved this dish! I doubled up on the potatoes & used a hickory brown suger bbq sauce. It was amazing. I will adding this recipe into our regular mix!

Kids liked it and asked me to make it again. That says it all.

My husband said this dinner was the best online new recipe. We didn't have potatoes, so I added egg noodles. He wants me to cook this dish, again!

This was a really quick, last minute dinner that was a hit. We love cornbread, so that and mixed veggies were a great side. Anything the kids will eat and ask for seconds is a plus in my book!

This was good, my husband doesn't care for BBQ sauce so I omitted it from the recipe but it still had a lot of flavor. Even the leftovers the next day were tasty. Quick & very easy to make.
