I cooked this dinner a few nights ago, it came out really good. I served it over white rice with a side of steamed broccoli, I am going to try it over quinoa next time.

The chicken was really tender and juicy. My family enjoyed it. I served it with green beans and a salad. It was yummy.

my family loved this meal. my kids dont eat onions but I told them that they were asian noodles and they loved the flavor and ate it all.

The flavors balance very well, and the chicken is moist and tender. I will season the chicken before cooking next time.

This was fantastic! It was so easy! I used chicken tenders also with the black instead of green olives (mainly because that's what I had on hand). It smelled so good while it was cooking, the chicken was so moist and all the flavors worked very well together. We topped it off with some steamed veggies and garlic toast -- perfect!!! We will definitely have this again!!!
